Getting in touch and how we can help with queries and comments
The Musical Bus is a business that’s also a labour of love and wants to make sure we all enjoy any interactions as much as possible.
We’re always keen to hear from our visitors and customers and we want to make it easy for you to make contact.
Our details are above, so whether it’s a problem or a suggestion, a grumble or a plaudit – write, e-mail or call and we’ll be delighted to hear from you.
Who We Are
Alan (The Musical Bus Driver)
As you may have spotted, I write much of the website content – and that’s my area of speciality. I’m probably best described as the creative part of the Musical Bus, so whether it’s radio production, writing, buying-in fascinating items for sale or just keeping the News & Rumours up to date, I’m your man.
I’ve spent many years buying and collecting across a wide spectrum of interests and this is the ideal chance for me to help share my experience with you all. There’s always room to learn though, and that’s the fun part for me as I meet all sorts of great people and come across all sorts of terrific collectable items.
I’ve also spent many years in business with large organisations and have learnt a lot there too: applying that knowledge to The Musical Bus has been a great journey and I know that we’re going to have some real fun making this whole thing work.
Rochelle (Office Manager)
Rochelle’s the PC whiz and manages much of the business administration. She’ll be frequently updating items on our on-line stores, handling invoices and queries and making sure that our customers get the very best standards of service.
She prides herself on great communication with customers and is always alert to handling any queries, issues and comments as rapidly as possible.
Rochelle is also the first port of call for general queries and always amazes me in the way in which she keeps a cool head in busy times and makes sure we get everything done.
Justin (IT Consultant)
For any on-line business, it’s vital that we have a great website and first class systems and support – and this is where our IT Consultant Justin comes in.
He’s a website specialist and has built – and maintains – our website: more than that though, he has great ideas and suggestions as to how we can keep on improving what we deliver and that’s very valuable support to have indeed.
Justin also supports some other big customers such as Renault Cars and a number of Grand Prix Formula 1 drivers, so we’re fortunate to have his support and guidance in The Musical Bus
Julian (Admin Support)
In our line of business, we have a whole stack of jobs that need doing just to keep the day-to-day operations going. Julian’s our admin support hero and gives us much needed help during our busy parts of the working week.
He has the critical job of packing and posting many of the items our customers have bought and, he’s also our chief photographer, making sure that he sources – or takes – the pix we use to illustrate our stock in our shops. This is a key part of what we do, making sure that we deliver a fast and professional service to you all! |
