OUR SERVICE STANDARDS
You're Important!
Here's the deal.
We want The Musical Bus to be a great success, but we can only do this together.
We could have really cheap prices, but if our service was dreadful, you'd soon stop using us. Equally, our service could be absolutely top-notch, but if our prices were far too high - we'd never sell anything. We have to strike a happy balance!
We pride ourselves on "doing things right".
That means keen prices and great service.
We aim to be friendly and efficient and we think it's very important that we all know where we stand, hence our Service Charter. Fear not, this isn't some great long document designed to provide little real help but lots of get-outs!
It's simply our way of showing you what we do - and publishing it so that you can see we mean business.
And if you have any comments or thoughts about what we do - and what we could or should be doing to get even better, then tell us!
You'll notice that on our Home Page we have a Website Voting Window - we'd be thrilled if you used it to give us feedback. You can also join our Customer Forum and post messages and interact - and by doing that, you'll be given prior notice of any special offers and sales that we'll be promoting!

THE MUSICAL BUS SERVICE CHARTER
(Correct as at: 30th April 2007)
- We will always describe our stock fairly and accurately
- We will always deal with customer queries promptly and cheerfully
- We will always price our stock to be competitive
- We will have a Search Facility for customers to review all our stock
- We will operate a Customer Survey feedback system
- We will post purchased items within one working day of payment having been received through Paypal.
- We will mail items to UK addresses using First Class postage (where such rates exist)
- Our shop will always clearly show item prices and costs for posting and packing
- There will be post and packing discounts for multiple purchases made by the same customer at the same time
- We will be happy to mail overseas - prices on application
- We will pack all purchased goods in a professional and robust way
- We will always include an invoice and compliment slip with sold items
- We will always acknowledge by e-mail receipt of cleared funds and confirm that the item is to be posted out
- We will regularly run special offers and sales
- We will operate a Customer Forum
- We will always alert Customer Forum members with details of offers and sales in advance of the website being updated
- We will accept returns on items provided there is evidence of damage in the post or clear failure to meet our published item description
- We will always be happy to talk to customers on the phone
