Award-winning radio station Forest FM has put it's comprehensive "Wired Gig Guide" on-line.
Available as an exclusive section on the website - www.forestfm.co.uk - it's aimed at the wide variety of music fans across Forest FM's broadcast area. With details of local bands and artists mixed in with the big names, it covers venues large and small. Compiler Alan Dorey said that "Forest FM has always championed local music - and given out a daily gig guide in its Drive Time show hosted by Laura Jerome: we've now added it to the website as an extra service to our listeners!"
The Wired Gig Guide has its own logo on the right hand side of the Forest FM home-page: users just click on the logo and are swiftly taken to the latest edition.
The guide, started several years ago by Tony Warren, has always aimed at being eclectic and up-to-date - and if any promoters, bands, musicians or artists want to be included - then a simnple e-mail with the gig details will do the tirck -
