I really enjoyed this book - Peter Cook was an iconic comedian and in this volume, his first wife Wendy (whom he was married to for some time and had two children) tells it like it was - and it's clear that his was a rare genius even if he increasingly neglected to work at it. There are plenty of photographs, anecdotes and analysis.
